Cannot Change Lock Screen Image Windows 10 - Since upgrading to windows 10 from 8.1 i haven't been able to change my lock screen backround image to anything other than the default one.

I've tried changing my windows 10 lock screen wallpaper and the image loads forever on the preview, and after i close settings the old image.
